The Master of Science (MSc) in Health Science Library and Informatics is a postgraduate course that emphasizes the theoretical and practical applications of automated medical data to enhance, improve, and manage global Healthcare. It is a multidisciplinary subject that includes Medicine, Healthcare, Information Technology (IT), Data Analytics, Research, and Statistics.  Candidates are trained for multiple technology-based opportunities in different domains of the Healthcare sector to promote patient care, good health, and medical research.

Skills like problem-solving, critical thinking, reasoning, research, analytical thinking, logical skills, and entrepreneurship are enhanced through seminars, guest lectures, workshops, projects, internships, and dissertations included in the course curriculum.

Eligibility Criteria

  • Minimum 50% aggregate in MBBS/Allied Health Bachelor’s degree from a recognized education board
  • Basic understanding of computer analytical software and tools
